First Look on INVINCIBLE:
I love the look. It stands out on its own. It does look big due to the width of the sole. Red inlines and heel support gives the popping feeling. ZoomX foam. It is shining but so squashy. It is nice to squeeze them. It just like what I used to with all Nike air bubbles.
Experience with running:
I have to say. It will be the RUNNING SHOE to go for road running!
Size and Fit - They are the same as my vaporfly for me,
ZoomX Foam - It is thick so it is bouncy and it provides a very good push your heels up without any effort. Even with thick foam, the feedbacks on the sole is very responsive. I can feel all the pot holes and gravels on the road.
Outsole - The width of outsole really helps with turning corners. New grips on the bottom are strong! You feel confident on turning that 90degree without slowing down.
Flyknit Upper and Laces - Flyknit is always breathable. I didn’t feel a breath coldness at all. It also provides the flexibilities. Thick lace is great. I used runner lock to secure my lace. I didn’t have any issues with that.
Comparison to Vaporfly - Vaporfly is still a racing shoe that I would go with. ZoomX Invincible is one that I would use everyday run. It runs in all conditions and it doesn’t push you forward. It gives less stress on your glues and lower back. You can also run with a comfort position. Training in them would actually make you understand your body further.
Overall, I LOVE NIKE ZOOMX INVINCIBLE! One of the best running shoes that Nike has produced. Again, it is an EVERYDAY RUNNING shoe.
