I was sceptical about speed run in a shoe that doesn’t have a carbon plate. However, my stats tell a different story.
It acutally does go fast.
I ran with route of 5 mins x 10K Speed, 2.5 mins x 5K Speed, 1 mins x 1 Mile Speed and 30 secs x all out sprints and repeat the routine backwards.
I feel that I have more control over invincible. I normally run in Vaporfly. With Vaporfly, I feel the shoe is telling me and forcing me to run faster. Vaporfly is great but it isn’t a perfect pair for an easy run.
With invincible, I can slow down, turn and speed up. It is all under my own control. Each landing are perfectly on the midsole too. It does push forward slightly with each stride.
After the run, my muscles feel relaxed and the run feel extremely relaxed without any extra force pushing me forward.
The flyknit upper also provides enough breathing space for my toes. My toes can really spread and feel like they are gripping the ground, when I sprint!
Overall, I am in love with my invincible. This is my go-to pair for everyday run!
